Handsome Scandinavian inspired brick building built for training rail staff. Constructivist murals by Denis Dunlop, large paintings in foyer and dining room by Norman Wilkinson. Under threat of demolition.

Streamlined modernist school building constructed around a 1911 building. Well proportioned façades and original staircase remain. Under threat of redevelopment.

Church of the Epiphany, Elizabeth Street, Corby, Northamptonshire, DF Martin-Smith, 1961-62

Well preserved and interesting example of the post-war architecture of the new town development in Corby. The clerestorey lighting is highly effective giving the impression that the folded star shaped metal clad roof actually floats above alter.
