You can help the Society further by
completing a Gift Aid Declaration. A Declaration can
be made retrospectively to 6 April 2001 and (unlike
the old covenant system) it doesn't commit you to making
any donations in the future.
If you are a UK tax payer please consider
making a Declaration in favour of the Society. The Society
will be able to claim back 28p tax for each £1
you have donated. (Membership subscriptions can be treated
as Gift Aid donations).
If you are a higher rate tax payer
you will be able to claim back the higher rate element
of the tax you paid on the donation. Completed Declarations
should be sent to:
The Administrator, The Twentieth Century
Society, 70 Cowcross Street, London EC1M 6EJ.
A Gift Aid declaration is incorporated
into the membership form. This form should be used if
you are already a member or if you are making a donation
to the Society which is not a membership subscription.
To download a Gift Aid Declaration
form you will need Adobe Acrobat - you can get it by
clicking here.
When you have downloaded the form you can print it out
by clicking on the printer icon on the Acrobat toolbar.
