... Grade II Listed with almost unbelievable speed by EH and DCMS. This fine church was under threat when EH were asked to assess it, (the Society supported a request by local residents). Currently closed, we are extremely pleased that EH acted swiftly to list the building. In doing so, they gave us the first post-war listing of 2008.
